Mustafa Ghaleiw, ASTAD’s Projects QA Manager will present on the importance of Quality Management in the successful execution of Design and Construction projects, what constitutes quality for such projects, characteristic KPIs, Project Management roles and the importance of commitment, teamwork and quality culture in achieving right first time delivery.

Speaker’s Biography

Mustafa is a senior QA professional and a civil engineer with over 28 years of experience working on large-scale projects in the construction industry in Qatar, the wider Middle East and North Africa. 

He has worked on projects across a variety of sectors including infrastructure, education, healthcare, roads and oil and gas including a QA Manager position on the mega project, Qatar Shell Pearl GTL.

Mustafa has an in-depth expertise in Quality Management and ISO 9001 process approach application in the construction industry and as an experienced certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 he has carried out numerous QMS audits across North Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He is a CQI UK Chartered Quality Professional and he is currently the Projects QA Manager for ASTAD Qatar.
